Passbooks® are NOT intended for use in class instruction or training without express written permission from the Company.
Duplication, copying, reprinting, excerption, or adaptation, etc. of any Passbooks is strictly prohibited and would be in violation of appropriate Federal and State statutes.
Provision of Licensing Agreements
Recognized educational, commercial, industrial and governmental institutions and organizations, and others legitimately engaged in educational pursuits, including training, testing, and measurement activities, may send a request for a licensing agreement to the copyright owners who will determine at its discretion whether, and under what conditions, including fees and charges, the materials in this book may be used by them.
