SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US?
To order National Learning Corporation products online you must have an address within the United States or you must use a frieght forwarder. (See below)
Please note, you may place international orders by contacting us at our toll free number 1-800-645-6337. Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. (EST). You can also reach us by email at info@passbooks.com.
Freight Forwarders: Note : National Learning Corporation is in New York (east coast of the USA). We have a list of forwarders other customer have recommended below.
Bongo International Mail your package to Connecticut (east coast) USA and then onto you. Bongo gives you a mail box on the East Coast of the US. Contact them for more information/rates, etc.Contact them for more information.
Shipito.com Mails from Los Angeles, California, USA. Good for shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, Japan, Alaska, Western Canada . Contact them for more information.
Skybox Site In Spanish. Skybox will give you a mailbox in Florida. They are good to use for shipping to Caribbean, South America, Bahamas, etc.
RETURN POLICY
Please be advised that all sales on passbooks.com are final. We do not accept returns or offer credit, refunds or exchanges for any books once the sealed package has been opened. If the package is unopened, books may be returned to NLC for a refund (minus shipping cost) upon receipt of the book.
